Children, Isolation and Quarantine: Preventing Family Separation and Other Child Protection Considerations during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Drafted in collaboration with WHO, this UNICEF document on “Children, Isolation and Quarantine: Preventing Family Separation and Other Child Protection Considerations during the COVID-19 Pandemic”  aims at assisting Child Protection and Health actors to preserve family unity as the pandemic continues, in line with recommended infection prevention and control measures for the COVID-19 disease and will support advocating for protective actions, develop SOPs between CP and health actors, and advise or assist with the setup of isolation and quarantine centres.
